NGO Education Partnership (NEP) is a membership organization that coordinates dialogue and cooperation among key stakeholders to improve the quality and accessibility of education in Cambodia. NEP is a membership organization with 144 membership organizations (92 Local NGOs and 52 International NGOs). NEP’s mandate is to provide coordination and capacity development on sub-national and local levels and representation for its members on national platforms such as Education Sector Working Group, sub-sector/thematic working groups (Early Childhood Care and Development, Primary Education, Non-Formal Education, and Inclusive Education), Continuous Learning Working Group, and Budget Working Group (education financing) . NEP’s promotes positive partnership and collaboration among members and development partners in the education sector in Cambodia the NEP member organizations facilitate and manage projects on primary education, early childhood care and education, secondary and technical education, youth development, non-formal education, vocational training, higher, and physical education, and sports. CSOs, development partners, and other education sector stakeholders continue to require coordination and communications support for all forms of research, sub-national and national policy monitoring, support joint advocacy and engagement of actors working in vocational training, non-formal education, inclusive education, equivalency program, and life skills. NEP is committed to providing efficient facilitation of information and knowledge exchange, which is necessary to raise the quality of programming and achieve institutional and organizational learning across the sector.
NEP is looking for a qualified person to fill the position of Advocacy Campaign Coordinator, based in Phnom Penh, with frequent travel to provinces.
