Duties & Responsibilities:
- To manage the Data Analysis team in developing and providing technical assistant for increasing the efficiency of data processing and reporting;
- To ensure that analysis and reporting requirements for each project are understood;
- To conduct periodic checks of QC team, to ensure data quality is being carried out according to procedures;
- To help prepare Syntax for cleaning data, preparing data tabulations, producing output tables and charts, conducting detailed data analysis; and presentation materials as requested;
- To be proactive in thinking about and developing data analysis and reporting solutions to improve RDS internal processes.
- To keep up-to-date with latest analysis techniques;
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Sociology, Studies Development, and Business Management
- Advanced SPSS and Microsoft Office, or any other statistical software such as Stata, specifically on statistical models, correlation, binary regression, factor analysis, general linear model, ANOVA and other descriptive and inferential statistics methods.
- Proficient English Speaking and Writing Skills
- Strong General Analytical Skills & Statistical Skills
- Assist in produce high quality written reports and good communication skills with local and expatriate audiences
