- Lead and Hand-One performing coding.
- Monitor and reviewing code from teams member for accuracy and functionality.
- Create and advice for best practice on coding.
- Analyzing and refinement code segments regularly.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Hand over the project as per agreed deadline.
- Advancing experience in PHP coding.
- Minimum of 3 years full time experience with Laravel PHP Frameworks.
- Project references at lease 3 projects which involving in developing with Laravel.
- Strong knowledge of PHP OOP, MySQL, PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
- Strong knowledge of basic website development both front-end and back-end.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Git or any other similar version control system.
- Good communication skills
- Good time management skills.
Junior Web Developer

Within our growth, we delighted to announce the recruitment for an experienced junior developer to be reporting to Senior developers on projects and supporting various development duties. The responsibilities of junior developers include design, lead and collaborate code based from project to project.
- Support the Chief of ICT Officer in all necessary arrangements for successful project planning and reporting.
- Documents cases in variety of creative form and generate lesson learned.
- Engage with partner and private sector representative where appropriate.
- Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
- Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
- Actively participate in the overall application lifecycle.
- Focus on coding and debugging.
- Conduct UI tests and optimize performance if necessarily.
- Train, help, and support to other team members.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
- Use standard HTML/CSS practices to create website layout/user interface.
- Modify specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.
- Developing back-end portals with an optimized database.
- Finalizing back-end features and testing web applications.
- Updating and altering application features to enhance performance.
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
