With the emerging demand of a very reliable network infrastructure, MaxBIT realized a lot of companies depend on a good infrastructure and we connected to most DIX (Domestic Internet eXchange) in Cambodia and multiple upstream providers in several countries. After several researches and development, MaxBIT Engineering team committed to provide service as customer need.

We are looking for dynamic, committed qualify candidate to work and learn with ours International certify team.

Announcement Positions

Technical Support (5 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Providing technical support for Level I issues via help desk and the telephone.
  • Provide support (remote and onsite) and deal with customer issues
  • Travel to customer site to install/configure modem/device & solve others related internet
  • Provide daily and weekly report to manager
  • Support Report and documentation
  • IT Support and Maintenance Service
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Third or Fourth-years student of information technology or related field or computer science and any other IT/Network related qualification
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows on both desktop and server
  • General knowledge regarding network, general support, software application, etc.
  • Sound knowledge of troubleshooting help desk ticketing systems
  • No Experience Need
 
 

Customer Support (3 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Provide support to customer, mainly related to company products and services
  • Respond promptly and efficiency to customer inquiries
  • Provide the best customer care and Satisfaction
  • Coordinate for setup new connection
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Prepare Quotation for customer
  • Record details of inquiries, comments in Support System
  • Cooperate and communicate with all Department related job
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Year 4th, Fresh Graduated Degree in information technology or related field.
  • Good interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Good in writing & speaking English.
  • Computer Word & Excel.
  • High committed and responsible.
  • Honest and hard-working
  • Self-motivated and result oriented.
 
 

Cash Collector (2 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Collection by appointment invoice/statement
  • Doing daily report of collection cash and cheques
  • Make sure that invoices are collected on time
  • Make sure that cash/Cheques are correct (not fraud )
  • Deposit Cash in to banks account
  • Note down the delayed date and any issue with customer to the account department
  • Delivery product and document
  • Carry out other duties requested by Accountant
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree in accounting or related field, Fresh graduate or undergraduate
  • Collection by appointment invoice/statement
  • Computer skills (MS. Excel, Outlook, Ms. Office, Internet and E-mail).
  • High responsibility and independent
  • Honesty
