The Royal Government of Cambodia has received the Credit from the International Development Association towards the cost of the Water Supply and Sanitation Improvement Project and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract for the Improvement of the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Siem Reap City (Contract No. WaSSIP-CMU-2-MPWT-CW-4).
The Component Management Unit-2 (CMU-2), under the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Improvement of the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Siem Reap City. The construction period is 12 months.

Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures outlined in the Government’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for Externally Financed Projects/Programs.
This invitation is open to all qualified bidders from eligible source countries of as described in the Bidding Documents.
To obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents, Bidders should contact by using the information shown in an attachment below, during office hours from Mondays to Fridays, between 8:30 and 11:30, and between 14:30 and 17:00.
Bids must be delivered to the above address as specified in Paragraph 6 not later than 3:30 PM, on the deadline. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be immediately opened after the deadline for submission of bid in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person, Venue of Bid Opening by using the address shown in an attachment below.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration as described in the ITB.
The Government and the World Bank will respectively declare a firm ineligible either indefinitely or for a stated period of time, to be awarded with a contract funded by them, if they, at any time, determine that the firm has engaged in fraud and corruption as described in ITB.
