Sales Representatives (5 Positions)

Salary range: Min 200$ (plus interesting incentives)

Duties
  • Communicate with customers through phone, chats, and other possible channels
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Pack products for delivery readiness
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions
  • Make regular control of stocks and deliveries
  • Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota
  • Stay abreast with online marketing trends, in particular being able to do FB live
Requirements
  • High school graduates or university students in any fields (no degree required)
  • Communicable level of English (and Chinese is a plus)
  • Be well organized and patient
  • Be flexible and effective in interacting with other team members
  • Be cheerful, enthusiastic, and passionate about online career
  • Be self-initiative for business improvement
