Cambodian Children’s Trust (CCT) works to help families break free from the cycle of poverty by promoting healthy, safe, resilient communities. We achieve this through a Holistic Family Based Care model (HFBC) that promotes family preservation and prevents children from being placed in Residential Care Institutions (RCIs), while ensuring they can access their basic needs -such as nutrition, health care and education.
We are now seeking qualified Cambodian nationals to fill the positions as below.
This position exists to support the CCT Team by providing effective HR services to the organisation. Importantly, the HR Team Leader will liaise with CCT management about recruitment needs and ensure timely and quality recruitment is conducted and that applicants have a positive experience and are adequately informed. You will prepare position descriptions, advertise roles, vet applications, advise on recruitment decisions and ensure HR internal and external communications are adequately managed. You will be responsible for ensuring that recruitment processes are followed, and all documentation is completed and filed.
The team leader will manage a small team of human resources professionals to achieve organisational goals in a timely manner, as well as resolve conflicts within organisational teams. The HR team leader is also required to respond to internal correspondence, review and approve HR initiatives, and help determine distribution channels for HR information.
One of the HR team leader's main functions include managing compensation and benefits information for employees and ensuring CCT complies with Cambodian Labour Laws.
These positions will be based in the Cambodian Children’s Trust (CCT) office at Battambang Province however regular travel to Phnom Penh and other provinces will be required.

This position exists to support the ICT Team with technical expertise. The IT Officer will provide support to all CCT staff including setting up equipment such as laptops, data projectors and other specialized ICT equipment ensuring the systems are ready for use and operating correctly. The IT Officer will serve as Technical Support/Helpdesk for teachers, schools and administrators, but will also assist the ICT Team with setting up new administrative systems for managing the CCT projects.
The ideal candidates will have an educational background in IT (e.g. Bachelor in Information and Technology) and proven experience from a similar capacity in a company or organisation.
The IT Officer will work with the support of the Project Manager/Head ICT Teacher in all elements of the role.
The Construction Manager Assistant, as part of the CCT Service Team, is responsible for assisting Construction Manager responding to all construction projects, and ensuring that timely and appropriate maintenance and repairs are undertaken for all fixed assets of CCT.
