We offer a broad portfolio of services including air freight logistics, Customs Clearance Services, Door to Door Services, Port Handling Services, Packaging Services, Air Freight Services, Roadways Cargo Services, Sea Cargo Services, etc.

We are currently seeking for the qualified candidates to fill the positions as below.

Announcement Positions

Operation Manager

Workplace Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare import/export documents (such as Invoice, Packing List, BL, VAT Patent, Authorized Letter and other related documents) in according to the Customs Office’s regulation.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of the import/export documents to Customs Office.
  • Follow Up with the Carriers, Forwarding Agent and Airline for status of shipment arrival, to ensure the shipment is cleared and delivered to customer on time.
  • Manage goods delivery to customer’s warehouse in timely manner in certain quantity other and quality.
  • Provide clients with Logistics Solutions based on their individual needs.
  • Support Sales Team in quoting Customs Clearance Quotations
  • Maintain and expand current relationships.
  • Perform other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Management or related field.
  • At least 1~2 year experiences with logistics and freight forwarding company.
  • Must be well understood about import, export and clearance processing.
  • Very good both in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Good communication, management, and customer handling skills.
  • Well organized and creative.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
 

Operation Assistance (2 Positions)

Position Summary
