Duties
  • Perform outbound sales calls to customers on existing database.
  • Cold calling prospective clients and explaining our products to them.
  • Upsell the products to customer by sharing company’s promotion or deals.
  • Meet or exceed projected monthly KPI’s.
  • Building rapport with customer and maintain good relationship.
  • Follow prepared sales script to provide accurate information about a product, features, and benefits.
  • Able to handle difficult clients and continually improve sales techniques.
  • Promote products or services using persuasive language and techniques.
  • Suggest new ways to promote company offerings, create organic growth, and to increase reach to consumers.
Requirements
  • Able to handle difficult clients and continually improve sales techniques.
  • Meet or exceed projected monthly KPI’s.
  • Requires no work experience. Everyone is welcomed to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.
  • Computer literate. Must be equipped with a strong internet connection and a laptop.
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English & Khmer
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented to ensure high standards in quality of deliverables.
  • Able to identify, think creatively, and build support for innovative and outside-the-box solutions.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in any field.
