Monthly Salary: Commensurate with experience (put salary requirement or salary you are receiving at the moment with reference on CV)
Working hours: 5 days per week (8:00 am~6:00 pm)
Duties
- Compile and review presence statement of staff of payroll processing
- Follow-up leave application of all staff
- Liaise with Branch for payroll status
- Represent HR Department
- Check documentation of new staffs mobilized (Contact, ID, workbook…)
- Gather all documentation received on site before forwarding to the HR Department
- Assist mobilization of new staffs in the camp and compound
- Participate to increase staff’s welfare
- Arrange transportation and accommodation of CEO, staffs and delegator
- Book staffs flight tickets and hotel/accommodation for CEO, staff and delegator
- Monitor stock of stationaries and initiate purchase order
- Reporting to Human Resource Manager
- General Office Management (travel arrangement, meeting arrangements, keep staff records, assist in translation etc.).
- General up keeping of office administration including purchase of office supplies (paper, stationeries etc.).
- Perform others tasks as required by Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or business administration.
- At least 3 years’ experience in related task and any business company.
- Good attitude, communication with CEO.
- Experience in Accountant, Taxation, HR, Administration and Management is preferred.
- Good communication, customer service and relationship building skills
- Organization and time management skills, Teamworking skills
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills, flexible, and honest
- Tact, discretion and diplomacy
- Able to use computer & office program (QuickBooks, Power point, excel, words…).
- Good in English speaking, reading & writing (speak Korean is more advantage).
