Director of Programmes can oversee our current programme areas that fit in with our core themes of Prevention, Rescue, Restore and Reform. Oversight of our trauma-informed after-care programmes, training our staff, and bringing expertise and skills to work with us as we expand our work and develop creative programmes to prevent exploitation and trafficking are essential. This role is a key member of our Senior Management Team.

Job Purpose
The Director of Programmes will manage the overall implementation of Hope For Justice Cambodia’s programmes to address human trafficking and exploitation. They will represent the organisation internally and externally to partner NGOs and Government Ministries.
The Director of Programmes will provide leadership on programme implementation in accordance with best practice, policy and Standard Operating Procedures, MEL, programme development, and safeguarding. They will work closely with the Country Director and Senior Management Team to ensure compliance with legal, donor, and audit requirements and will represent HFJ locally, regionally, and nationally.
This role will deputise for the CD in their absence and represent HFJ both internally and externally as such, including preparation and involvement in monthly country executive meetings at the global level.
