The Sales & Marketing Officer works closely with the General Manager and the Chief Operating Officer based in Bangkok to develop target income goals. Goal-oriented and driven, the Sales & Marketing Officer must create a sales plan that meets specific benchmarks and offers room for growth. He/she acts as a liaison between customer and factory. Using his/her extensive customer network, the Sales & Marketing Officer will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Duties
  • Present, promote and sell rice using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Develop the company's activity internationally, including being active on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn…)
  • Find new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Manage the sales network, track sales and status report
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to ensure a high level of client satisfactions.
  • Maintain healthy receivables & monitor level of bad debts
  • Work Closely with other departments of the company
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing Management field or related.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales & Marketing Officer (at least 3 years)
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
  • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Fluency in English and Khmer is required
  • Professionalism, honesty, integrity and teamwork
