• In particular, the Provincial Facilitator (PF) will:
• The PF, together with all other project staff, will work to ensure the project’s overall success with a “one team” attitude.
• Responsible for assigned tasks described in the project’s Statement of Work and Work Plan, with emphasis on improved the capacities of market actors to participate fully in the value chain and creating linkages between value chain actors and improving overall market chain coordination.
• Provide support and oversight to project partners who receive grants from Harvest II
• Provide technical expertise and field support to facilitate Havest II’s Commercial Partnerships (CPs) in Battambang to reach the target of incremental sales, job creation and investment opportunity in market system development and other indicator targets required by Harvest II project.
• Must clearly understand Buyer-Led and Market System Development approaches and share to each other in team
• Assess market actors in longan and vegetable subsector and other value crop beside of mango to identify challenges / leverage points.
• Build interest with market actors on the benefit of H2’s MSD approach and invite market actor to CP developmental meeting.
• Strengthen market linkages by introducing market actors to each other by facilitating CP developmental meeting to discuss challenges and co-design solutions.
• Follow up with market actors on co-designed solutions
• Strengthen market actors by linking them to technical experts.
• Influence market actors to contribute to their own activities to increase their sales, jobs, and investments.
• Share innovative ideas to all actors.
• Shift current Harvest II responsibilities to market actors for sustainability.
• Showcase reports, booklets, and posts on H2’s Facebook/social media. Case study videos/photo
• Field arrangement and facilitation for visitors
• Promote Environmental Mitigation and Monitoring Plan, and Pesticide Evaluation Report and Safe Use Action Plan mainstreaming with buyer and suppliers and other market actor in his responsible CP
• Regular data entry in M&E system and weekly report to supervisor and other involve manager through uploading on the SharePoint.
• Work closely with input supplier, NGOs, government, other H2’s consultants and other task assigned by supervisor.

• Respect the flow work of Harvest II Project.
• Develop a strong understanding of iDE Cambodia’s development approach and organizational culture.
• Participate in team building events.
• Other tasks and assignments as required.
