Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage our ICF Wake Park´s business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Duties for our General Manager will include allocating budget resources, adhering and updating policies, coordinating business all operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring outstanding customer service, improving administration processes, building a network with business partners, developing department leaders and other employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring all financial activities. 

Duties
  • Overseeing daily business operations of all departments including:
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Training Department Leaders and staff.
  • Creating and managing budgets.
  • Improving revenue. Conduct sales and marketing towards direct clients, travel agencies and corporations
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health, SAFETY and other regulations
  • Evaluating performance and productivity.
  • Ensure that the ICF Wake Park maintains high reputation and image
  • Organize cultural, entertaining and promotional events
  • Researching and identifying growth opportunities for the ICF Wake Park
  • Generating reports and giving presentations to management 
Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality Management 
  • Age 30-45 (female or male)
  • Fluent in English and Khmer
  • Knowledgeable of Cambodian culture and regional tourism market trends
  • Passionate about Customer Service
  • Strong leadership qualities. Ability to lead a team of over 50 people.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including significant experience with international guests
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong work ethic. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Computer literate.
  • Proactive nature.
