Customer Service Officer

Duties
  • Daily deal with customers by telephone and face to face
  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up with customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Request office supply.
  • Assist case such as request stamp on seminar letter, request earing confirmation letter for leaders request, license request from leader.
  • General task in office (add and change customer’s information)
  • Update daily check report.
  • Other task will assign to assist in case urgently.

Marketing Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

This is a leadership role for sales and business development. This job is accountable for achieving pre-assigned company targets for sales and sponsoring on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

This position must be driven by the purpose of empowering Business Associates to succeed in their businesses. The Sales Manager will provide superior business training both internally and externally on a daily basis, identify learning gaps and develop content and programs to drive sales growth and recruits.

Duties
  • Sales activities (90%):
  • Be the primary contact person between the company and independent sales consultants and leaders.
  • Develop business plans and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals & profitability.
  • Must be resourceful and support the field with product and business knowledge. Establish a professional relationship with the business associates.
  • Responsible for providing feedback, comments and any issues from the field to the company management for better understanding of the market.
  • Conduct regular coaching and development with sales team.
  • Collect feedback from Distributors and work with management on Sale developments/improvement.
  • Explain compensation plan to distributors, communicating effectively with both all level of distributors to ensure consistency of response.
  • Work closely with leaders to identify sales trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in organizing local meetings and coordinate use of Unicity-operated facilities as needed.
  • Submit Weekly & Monthly Activity Reports.
  • Other reports as needed
  • Event planning and organizing
  • Strategize New Product Launches and Events
  • Translating Company Announcements, Videos and Other Materials from English to Khmer
  • Other Duties as Assigned (10%).
Requirements
  • MLM industry experiences is an advantage
  • Can creatively solve complex problems
  • Good communication skills in both writing and speech. English and Khmer (advantage for Chinese speaker)
  • Good in PC skill (office, internet).
  • Willing to learn and self-improvement.
  • Teamwork and co-operation.
  • Active, initiative, decisive.
  • Ability to cope with stressful and demanding situations.
  • Time management.
  • At least 1 year working at the same position.
  • Confident Public Speaker University Degree.
 

Marketing Staff

Duties
  • Prepare and manage a summit, a convention, and a training
  • To support development and use of related infrastructure including press lists, media, monitoring services, online broadcast meeting video, composing and posting online content for company social media page and website.
  • Take responsibility for the interpretation during our top management team visit
  • Prepare and participate in regular meetings with PCMs
  • Conduct a market research when our new products are launched
  • Prepare for launching new products
  • Efficient in graphic design and photo/video editing.

  • Cambodian citizenship, English and Khmer fluently, Chinese(optional)
