Orchid Koh Pich Hospital’s facility is specifically designed and equipped with modern technologies for the convenience and comfort of first time mother and child. The facility is fully staffed with highly skilled medical service providers ranging from gynecologist, births delivery, neonatologist, on site fertility clinic, laboratory and child care services for first time parents.

We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
The Senior Stock and Purchasing Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all procurement and stock aspects of Orchid Koh Pich Hospital’s business. These includes: development of purchasing plans, stock and inventory management system. S/he will report to Finance Manager and will work in close liaison and collaboratively with the relevant team members to ensure the transparency.
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Probationary Period: Three Months
Account Payable is a key member of Finance Team who will provide preparing payments to all suppliers and daily posting into the system for AP transactions to assist Account Team Lead. This role is responsible for the Accounting and Finance team operations, and reporting to Account Team Leader and has authority on all Accounting and Finance team.
