This well respected NGO, currently, cares for more than 2,400 students and 10,000 people annually, helping entire families and communities in crisis through a significant array of programs and initiatives.

CCF operates in Cambodia through strong support relationship development and fundraising businesses in USA, Australia, UK, and Hong Kong. It has grown rapidly since its inception. To support the development, CCF is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Interviewer

Report to: Intake and reintegration supervisor

Key liaison: All Community Relation team, Education team, Children and Families

This role is responsible for interview to gather information when the clients come to ask the service, conduct home visit to see the real situation of clients. The Interviewer make assessment and identify the problem and risk of the clients and provide result to clients and after getting feedback. Visit to community to follow up and find out the information of family and re study the progress of supported family and follow up their real situation.

Duties
  • Interview to gather information when the clients come to ask the services
  • Conduct home visit to see the real situation of client
  • Make assessment and identify their problem and risk after interviewing
  • Primary meet with client to identify the client’s problems and refer them to relevant unit and staff
  • Provide result to clients after getting feedback from management
  • Interview people who need any assistance from CCF
  • Re study the progress of supported family and follow up their real situation recording to family review and then submit to CR Manager
  • Visit to community to follow up and find out the information of family if there is requirement from other facilities
  • Solve problems of the community people, CCF’s families and the children
Requirements
  • Visibly ethical and able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work;
  • Associate degree of social work or other related field;
  • At least 1year relevant experience with interviewer and working with community people
  • Good level of written and read Khmer and English
  • Be honest and trustworthy, Patient, respectful, flexible and helpful;
  • Take responsibility, flexible and committed;
  • High compassion and commitment to work with community people and poor children.
 

Nurse

Report to : Healthcare Manager

Key liaison : Education, Childcare Team and other relevant programs

Nurse plays important role in responsibilities of taking care of the health and wellness of the patients. Nurse also know how to explain the patients for using the medicines as doctor’s prescription and doctor’s advice to patients. This position prepares the reports, follow up and update the stock-out/use in medical clinic storage and submit to the Healthcare Manager and other relevant staffs. Moreover, the nurse must respond in providing health education to CCF beneficiaries and relevant staff. The nurse also participates in eyes checking for Satellite Students.

Duties
  • Practice a nursing in medical clinic
  • Daily input the medicines data
  • Update stock of medical supplies in clinic storage & report to Healthcare Manager and other relevant staff
  • Welcome with warmly patients who come to get the medical service in medical clinic
  • Count medicines two times per month
  • Provide the training to the internal staff, CCF resident kids, and community
  • Participate the camping in role of nursing in province as needed
  • Participate the daily meeting in the morning with medical staff and related staff
  • Provide training to community patients daily or monthly.
  • Facilitate all tasks in CCFCC and show a good relationship with CCF staff and share the related information
  • Build good communication with community people authority, hospitals, NGOs partner and government sector
  • Assist to deal with problem related to healthcare
  • Perform other duties as assigned if needed
Requirements
  • Visibly ethical and able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work;
  • Bachelor degree of Nursing, or related filed;
  • 2-year experience in nursing or similar work;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel, internet and Email)
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skill; Patient, honest, and trustworthy;
  • Take responsibility, flexible and committed;
  • High compassion and commitment to work with community people and poor children.
