Kampot Cement Co., Ltd is one of core business of SCG Cement-Building Materials in Cambodia and it is a leading cement-manufacturing company in Cambodia. We produce Portland cement Type I and Plastering cement at 5,300 ton per days with brand name K Cement. Our factory is based in Toukmeas and Dorng Tung district, Kampot province and our head office in Maybank Tower, Phnom Penh. And now Kampot Cement Co., Ltd is looking for dynamic candidate to fill as following positions:

Sales Executives

Category: Sales / Marketing, Business Administration

Duties

In charge of sales of existing and new focused products to dealers
Setting up of collaborative plan and strengthen dealer network
Developing of new dealer and or sub dealer capacity to sustainable growth
Following up and reporting market movement situation
Collect & analyse market information
Initiate sales strategy to reach sales target/volume
Supporting Business Units, Suppliers’ need and deliver with high service level
Providing feedback on areas of influence to company
Visiting project site for finding opportunity to win and cross selling.

Requirements

Cambodian: Males or females
Education: Bachelor degree in marketing and sales/ Economics any equivalent relevant qualification
Experienced: 2-5 years, Fresh graduated students are also welcome
Language Proficiency: Good command of English, both written and spoken
Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and E-mail
Be able to work in team and independently
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proven ability for accuracy, composure and efficiency under pressure and adherence to deadlines
Honest, reliable and strong commitment

New Business Accelerator (1 Position)

Duties

Pre-Business Accelerator Phase : The new business accelerator are vetted to verify the customer’s history, including all related business experience, and define specific project time periods and concrete deliverables for the growth council.
Incubator Phase : The new business accelerator engages directly with all relate party on an almost day day-to-day basis to complete the agreed upon deliverables. The incubator curriculum assists companies to develop business documents, such as marketing plans, business plans, and loan applications, while advising on general business improvements as necessary.
Scales up Phase: new business accelerator can ask for assistance on any relevant business matters and further questions on implementing projects undertaken in the incubator stage.

Cambodian: Males or females
Education: Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant qualification
No experience required
Language Proficiency: Good command of English, both written and spoken
Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and E-mail

Mechanical Engineer (1 Position)

Planning and Cooperation
Controlling, commanding and problem solving
Reporting and data analyzing work
Subordinate management
Environment work and safety work place
Other assign by department manager
Coordinate with each stakeholder both in Cambodia and Thailand for any of job assignment.

Requirements

Qualification and criteria
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
1 year experience/qualification and or fresh graduated students are also welcome
Age 21 – 28 years
Good computer literacy is essential (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
English languages speaking, writing and listening skill is mandatory requirement.
High level of interpersonal skills and integrity, and a solid team player.
Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
