KH Land Co., Ltd is a legal consultant real estate company which registered within the Ministry of Commerce, and Ministry of Economy and Finance, established the projects related to purchase company’s plots, Housing, business centers and construction provider to client’s demanded. To support the rapid growth of our business, we need the qualify candidate to fulfill the following positions below.

Announcement Positions

Internal Audit Manager (1 Position)

Report to: Assistant to CEO

Working Days: 6 days/week

Salary: Competitive Salary + Commission

Duties
  • Prepare Annual Audit Plan and obtain approval from Management.
  • Prepare audit engagement/assignment planning (scope defining, roles & responsibilities (RR) defining & delivery setting)
  • Design Audit Testing Procedures on the cycles perform.
  • Design Testing Procedures for Site Visit.
  • Lead the audit team to perform audit execution based on the engagement/assignment plan.
  • Lead Audit Team on Special Audit Investigation.
  • Ensure that audit working papers are documented adequately by Audit Team.
  • Review CCTV Audit Reports and escalate to relevant departments to take actions.
  • Coach Audit Team in auditing and accounting techniques
  • Ensure that Audit Reports are accurately prepared and submitted to Audit Committee/Line Manager.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and update to Line Manager/Audit Committee as required.
  • Follow up the action items from previous audit findings/reports.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Management or other related fields
  • At least 5 years’ experience in audit field or relevant working experiences in related fields and 1 years’ experience in supervisory roles.
  • Have strong analytical strong analytical written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • Proactive, attentive to detail and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong team player, proactive, time management skills, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and complexities at the same time and ability to work without supervision.
  • Highly motivated and committed.
  • Be respectful and demonstrate sound professional ethic
  • Willing to travel to different locations of the projects
 

Purchasing Supervisor

Duties
  • Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
  • Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations
  • Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible
  • Develop creative and innovative procurement processes
  • Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement
  • Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods
  • Assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities
  • Assess tenders and quotations from potential suppliers
  • Prepare purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organizational targets and requirements
  • Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues
Requirements
  • Gender: Male/Female
  • Bachelor degree of Business Management or related skill
  • 4 years’ experience of with relevant field. Experience with Construction company is preferred.
  • Able to work under pressure with high responsibility
  • Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Be flexible, Honesty and Integrity.
 

HR Officer Recruitment (1 Position)

Duties
  • Manage all recruitment processes such as building networks, diversifying resourcing channels, promoting an employer of choice, compiling all CVs/applications, preparing shortlists, developing interview questionnaires, scheduling interview panels, consolidating interview result, conducting reference checks, and preparing job offer and employment contract.
  • Maintain the up-to-date application database to be used as a reference for quickly sourcing candidates who may be relevant for any vacant position.
  • Maintain the relationship with candidates. Ensure candidate communication is in accordance with recruitment policy and procedures.
  • Assis HR manager to develop the recruitment policy and recruitment template and other form.
  • Do other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • B3 years experiences in Personnel Administration or HR-related field.
  • Experience of developing and managing the HR Information System.
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
 

Videographer (1 Position)

Duties
  • Plan, and evaluation for commercial or event project (Photo/video)
  • Create interesting and appealing video content
  • Collaborate with other teams internally including creative, production, post production,
  • publishing, social media, and client servicing teams etc. to determine reasonable deliverables and time frame
  • Contribute to post project reviews to determine how process can be improved for future projects
  • Brainstorm and highlight opportunities to increase appeal to audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in film editing or related degree is required and another certificate of program design.
  • Knowledge of computerized tape editing applications and procedures.
  • 1-2years experiences
  • Be able to travel as assigned.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and schedules.
  • Creative experience in filmmaking and videography
  • Adobe premiere pro, Adobe photoshop, Cinema 4D, After Effect
 

Architecture (1 Position)

  • Must be knowledgeable in the applicable building codes.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Working on 2D/3D Modeling of buildings/houses/furniture  Interior/Exterior modeling Rendering
  • Responsible for modeling and rendering internal relevant projects.
  • Making process of producing 3D model, rendering and animations.
  • Report weekly progress of the project to line manager.
  • Support other tasks with team work
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Architecture Design and another certificate of program design.
  • 2-3years experiences in Personnel Senior.
  • AutoCAD 2D &3D, Sketct up or 3D max , Photoshop ,Excel ,world ,Telegram ,and Email...Etc
