Facility Manager

Purpose of the Job

To keep the entire property of ICF Campus clean and ready for events at all times in order to take care of the property and the facilities as well as to become more inviting for visitors.

Duties

To oversee the construction and maintenance team, security team, cleaning and gardening team.
Be responsible for planning, managing and coordinating property activities of maintenance, cleaning and security departments.
Security:
Develop and implement security policies and procedures
Recruit, train and supervise security staff/guards
Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
Create reports for management on security status
Regular check and maintain building safety and office security
Maintenance and Construction:
Inspecting ICF property and arranging for new repairs and new materials as required
Ensure that facilities equipment is in good working order and are serviced regularly
Ensure that there are enough tools, materials and supplies to be used
Gardening and Cleaning:
Develop garden master plans and make sure that all gardens are being properly maintained
Oversee work performed in the garden
Prepare purchasing plan for all materials for garden maintenance, and plantings in the garden
Develop cleaning standards and procedures for workers
Inspection of cleaning materials and equipment on a regular basis
Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials to avoid waste or misuse
Staff Management:
To oversee and supervise the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively
Provide coaching, training and guidance to construction, maintenance, security, cleaning and gardening departments
Responsible for the scheduling of staff and activities to ensure that the needs of the ICF community are met.
Budgeting:
Responsible for preparing and managing the annual operating budget for ICF Campus (Security, maintenance, cleaning and gardening)
Make sure the budget spending is aligned with internal rules and regulations
Closely monitor the expense and control the budget
Other tasks assigned by Managing Director

Requirements

At least holding a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
4 years’ experience in management level
Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
Good knowledge of Microsoft, e-mail and communication
Having strong skills in Project Management
Excellent planning, management and organizational skills
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Patient, honest, trustworthy and accountable

Worship Assistant

Purpose of the Job

Lead Worship for Adult Celebrations and Wednesday Nights.

Train, organize, and lead the Band

Duties

Organize and Schedule the Worship Bands
Train the Worship Bands
Lead Worship (mainly on Sunday and Wednesday)
Improve personal skills!!! and pass it on to the next Generation
Lead the Worship Band
Lead and give input at team meetings
Equipment Maintenance
Oversee the Worship Storage
Translate songs (previous English to Khmer)
Management and Leadership:
Leading team members
Maintaining personal worship
Leading others into worship
(Having one foot with the people and one foot in the presence of God)
Love to work with people and musicians

Requirements

Know the Bible and have a living relationship with Jesus Christ
Play one or more instruments (preferably Guitar)
Know the characteristics of the instruments
Good level of English (Writing and Speaking)
Have computer skills for the organizing, scheduling, etc.
You are creative (writing songs.. etc.)
Love to work in a Team and to invest in People
Passion, Faithful, be open to new things
Love to work with an amazing Team to make Jesus bigger
