This role is to support user, configure on limitation network and monitoring system and to maintain network infrastructure to branches and system working smoothly with good performance.

This role is to:

• Assist the Sales Department by calling the Customers on the Sales Orders, Billings and Returns.
• Support and to ensure daily sales orders and billings are operating in an Effective and Efficient manners.

The role is in charge of data entry for Non-Production materials for the whole brewery in SAP, monitoring inventory transaction and verification with shop floor consumption. The role also prepares reports and performs physical count every month end for reporting.

Job Summary

To reports to the supervisor and coordinates with commercial admin team to understand all promotions program, receives all proposal claim and to ensure check properly before settlement to our customers.

This role is responsible for recording, managing, and reporting of company’s asset and ensuring asset utilization efficiency.

This role is responsible for ensuring correct procedures are followed when requesting a petty cash facility and keeping cash safe, ensuring that advances are only paid for valid expenses, purchases and that all transactions are accurate and complete. The role also ensures balance and reconcile petty cash daily, preventing the float being depleted before it is replenished.

This role is responsible for coordinating with accounting staff in the department and recording sale invoice and expenses in system. The role also assists in preparing all tax declaration properly and submitting to supervisor on time for reviewing before submitting to General Department of Taxation (GDT).
