• Providing technical support to end user
• Support end user for business daily work in all IT related areas
• Office Server room administration
• Office server room environment monitor
• A/C status monitoring
• UPS status monitoring
• Telephony platform status monitoring and basic setting
• Network administration
• Group WAN/LAN status monitoring
• Local Internet circuit administration in all office sites
• Route/Switch and other network device healthy check
• App system platform administration
• Active Directory management
• HR/ADM/FIN/other local app system maintenance
• Support Country/Group IT project
• New office/warehouse site setup
• Office/Warehouse site relocation
• New app system deployment
• IT standardization rollout
• IT Contract & Expenses & Vender & Assets management
• Manage software & hardware procurement and vendor at Company level
• Vendor selection skill, build and maintain vendor relationship
• Ensure company IT assets are managed and controlled in appropriate policy & process (for core device)
• Check and manage all IT related contracts & expenses (for core device)
• IT compliance execution
• Has good sense of IT compliance and strictly follow Group IT policy, process and standard
• Ensure proper access security, data backup and recovery of all systems
• Perform other IT related duties are required by line manager
• Other tasks assigned by line manager
