FUNCTION : Customer Development

Duties
  • PURPOSE STATEMENT:
  • To achieve sales, maximize distribution, display, minimize OOS, and dialogue objectives in support of CD, Marketing, Area and Company Plans.
  • To deliver excellence in Trade Marketing, AIM execution through the implementation of trade activities and the development of strong trade and customer relationships.
  • To support the induction and development of new entrants through in field training and coaching where agreed with the Area Manager.
  • PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Lead and drive Distributor Team to Execute Trade and Brand Marketing activities (Sales, Distribution, Display & Dialogue) in the outlets located within the territory in order to meet customer and consumer needs as described in the cycle and area plan.
  • To implement fixed/cyclic coverage plans (PJP) to ensure all outlets within the defined territory receive a retail visit at the frequency determined by the LE.
  • Maintains a database of outlets driven by LE to ensuring data is updated on a cyclic basis.
  • Execute multiple outlet coverage to ensure trading agreement compliance and liaises with the relevant AIM and Trade Marketing as applicable.
  • Negotiation of retail touch points (i.e., brand positioning, visibility, investment) based on communication/ display strategy.
  • Stock management minimize OOS and product quality checks.
  • Provides data back into the center relating to competitor’s activity in the marketplace.
  • Monitors both ULC & competitor brand performances within retail outlets.
  • Manage all assigned funds (toolkits), materials and equipment in a secure and efficient manner in order to maximize the use of organization assets.
  • Generation of ideas on how to develop innovative solutions at the point of sale.

Requirements

  • Fluent common both writing and spoken English and local leagues proficiency
  • fast moving, confident, reliable and friendly personal

Senior External Affairs Executive

  • Handling products notification, registration and certificates.
  • Handling Unilever Sustainable Living plan.
  • Handling media publication and communication.
  • Attending workshop training with Ministries and other related organization as requires.
  • Expertise in law and regulation of the own field and work closely with local team and regional team on regulation update, new product launch, advertising, advocacy and compliance.
  • Building relationship with external organization: NGOs, Ministries, media etc.,
  • Good at photography.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements
  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in international Relation, Media, or Law.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience or knowledge in Legal, Law, Business Law, media, NGOs compliance practice, Cambodia Labor Law etc...
  • Fluent on both written and spoken English and local language proficiency.
  • Confident, fast moving, disciplined, reliable and friendly personality.
  • Be able to concentrate for long period of time, handle pressure with high sense of confidentiality.
  • Flexible and be able to travel frequently and work on mission in provincial areas.
