with Pact Cambodia
Pact is an International NGO with a mission to enable systematic solutions that allow those who are poor and marginalized to earn a dignified living, be healthy and take part in the benefits that nature provides. Working in Cambodia since 1991, Pact has built Cambodian civil society and strengthened the capacity of institutions run by and for Cambodians to end poverty and empower communities.
Pact is implementing a 5-year empowering women entrepreneurs project, funded by USAID. This project focuses on supporting young women in Cambodian cities to access the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to succeed as entrepreneurs, and to become stronger leaders in their communities.
Pact wishes to engage a professional and independent firm or a group of professionals to write and develop a pocket guide in Khmer and English that presents information about accessing Socio-Economic Rights (SERs) in a way that is concise, interesting, and relevant for Young Women Entrepreneurs (YWEs).
