HR Manager (1 Position)

Duties
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities, actions of the HRdepartment
  • Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives andsystems.
  • Developing, revising and recommending personnel policies andprocedures.
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing jobads
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relationscounseling.
  • Tofacilitatethedevelopmentofvariousorganizationalteamsandtheirworking relationship with other teams andindividuals.
  • Participating in administrative staffmeetings.
  • Recommending new policies, approaches, andprocedures.
  • Other tasks assigned by GeneralManager
Requirements
  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or HR Management,
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HRfunction
  • Strong understanding and knowledge about Labor Law and HR bestpractices
  • Knowledge about HR Managementsystem.
  • Strong skills in leadership, relationship and problemsolving
  • Coordination skills and ability to work in a team environment areessential
  • Have excellent English & Khmer written and verbal communicationskills
