Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Monitors competition by gathering current market information on pricing, new products, promotion techniques, etc.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers to increase our share in the market.
  • Control and lead sale team and assistant sale manager to effectively achieve company goals
  • Product demonstration using website and go to meet direct customer
  • Plans an effective sales targeting approach to the assigned sales territory
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; marketing recommendation to management.
  • Suggests and implements a closing business strategy relative to sales
  • Make sale and market report weekly, monthly and annually
  • Updating market information
  • Respond any problem between customer to supplier
  • Respond meeting with supplier
  • Respond repot to supplier
Requirements:
  • Graduated Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in sale manager or other related field
  • Motivation for sales
  • Native Khmer
  • Good Communication skill
  • Good health, Good management and leadership
  • Computer skill including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point Internet and E-mail
  • Fluent English (Speaking, writing, listening)
  • Strong Management and Leader ship skill
  • Outgoing personality, confidence, hard working with positive attitude and ability to work under pressure

Sale Supervisor

  • Make planning and directing sale team members, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting-Finance & Management or other related field
  • At least 1year experience Admin/HR or related field
