Regional Manager- Sales & Distribution

Location: Phnom Penh and Eastern Provinces

This role is responsible for leading and coaching regional sales team as well as distributors in the assigned territory to achieve sales target set by the company. The role will also drive the development and execution of sales strategies and brand display to align with management’s direction and guideline.

Duties
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly sales target are achieved under assigned regions
  • Recruit and manage distributors and salesforce to perform the assigned jobs
  • Drive the development, sales operation, and execution of sales strategies as well as brand display in the region
  • Support sales team and distributors and handle market issues
  • Maintain collaboration between company to distributors and distributors to outlets
  • Increase the distribution coverage, and ensure that the outlets under assigned territories are well-stocked with company products
  • Provide on the job training, sales training, field coaching to sales team and distributors and evaluate monthly, quarterly, and yearly team’s performance

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related filed

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and good at presentation
