Key Account Manager

Job Function: Customer Care

Duties
  • Act as the main contact person for our top vendors, identify and attack problem areas and build a strong loyalty between foodpanda and the restaurant owners
  • Negotiate deals, exclusivity, implement branding, sell packaging, to improve foodpanda & visibility and develop their online takeaway orders
  • Collaborate with different departments to improve vendor’s performance and solve problems
  • Offer new services, premium access, renegotiate commission to support revenue stream
  • Be accountable for personal targets being achieved in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in business or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Account Management (fresh grads will be considered)
  • Social character with a positive attitude towards new challenges and a hands-on mentality
  • Strong analytical skills with structured problem-solver ability (experience with CRM tool is a plus)
  • Prior experience in cold-calling / sales / support sales are a plus
  • Independent, hardworking and confident self-starter
  • Khmer National only, with fluency in written & verbal communication skills in
  • English and Khmer (ideally Chinese)

Duties

  • Navigate and manage complex crisis incidents using strong problem-solving skills

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in government, government affairs, public policy or stakeholder

Job Function: Finance 

We are looking for a highly driven and motivated Financial, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager / FP&A Controller to join our fast-growing team here in Cambodia. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on experience and create direct impact, then this may be the place for you! The ideal candidate should have around 6 years of experience with substantial knowledge in SAP, GL Accounting, IFRS and Local GAAP. You must have a strong command of English, be a strong team player and be comfortable supporting an INTERNATIONAL team especially since you will be working cross-functionally with local teams, regional teams in Singapore and Central Teams in Germany.

Duties
  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of Group Financial Reporting and Country Financial Reporting requirements.
  • Lead and drive the submission of monthly financial statements in the Group Reporting Tool.
  • Own Month-End Close Checklist, ensure the finance team has completed all JE postings and validate accounting entries on SAP before submission to Central.
  • Ensure that the Balance Sheet and P&L postings in SAP are done in accordance with IFRS.
  • Ensure intercompany postings are validated and correctly posted in SAP and also in Group Reporting Tool.
  • Provide preliminary analysis on Revenue, GP and EBITDA for regional FP&A during month-end close.
  • Lead monthly reconciliation of accounts between SAP and Group Reporting Tool.
  • Review FTE data by local HR and own the reporting of FTE in the Group Reporting Tool.
  • Own reporting of core KPIs in Group Reporting Tool.
  • Validate disputes by checking records and supporting documents for accuracy.
  • Liaise with Group Accounting on Accounting Policies, applications and General Ledger Structure.
  • Monitor cost trends on SAP and communicate any causes of unexpected variances.
  • Continually automate, streamline, and improve current reporting, operational and accounting processes to improve business efficiency in the region.
Requirements
  • Strong Command of English (Written and Spoken)
  • At least 10 years of experience in relevant Accounting or FP&A roles.
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to a fast past business model and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge language barriers – you must be able to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
  • CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting and internal controls.
  • Humility and the desire to challenge one’s self beyond the comfort zone is essential for this role.
