A.I.M.S (Cambodia) Co., Ltd is a “Immigration and Relocation” agency dedicated to supporting individuals and companies for all their immigration needs. Incorporated in Singapore in November 2006, AIMS has since expanded its footprint with 14 offices situated across Asia Pacific. AIMS offers an entire suite of services from consultations on skilled migration, business and investor migration, student services and corporate relocation. In short, the role of an immigration consultant is to provide consultation to clients wishing to live and work in another country. The destination countries we are dealing with include Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States, Europe, Malaysia and Singapore.

HR & Admin Officer

Duties
  • Manage hiring process; sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing and selection.
  • Keep database of potential candidates and candidate’s applications for the future usage.
  • Liaise with authorities to ensure company are in compliance with Cambodia labor law
  • Monitor time off, leaves, absence, working hours
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, etc.)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment; coordinating with other departments
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies: bank, account receivable and account payable reconciliation.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
  • Manage a smooth and adequate running and maintaining of the office asset
  • Collect customer feedback and improve the feedback according to the procedure of the company
  • Work with team to coordinate for all company’s events
  • Develop and update daily and monthly report to General Manager
  • Travel opportunities conduct, partake, attend seminars
  • Any other relevant duty assigned by General Manager to assist with smooth operations of organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, general management or another related field
  • At least 2 years of experience related to HR or Administration.
  • Knowledge of accounting is an advantage.
  • Computer literacy especially MS office, QuickBooks, outlook.
  • Good command of the English language both written and spoken
  • Sound organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Be flexible and detail oriented
  • Able to work independently good grooming and presentation
  • Able to act with tact and discretion.
