The Company

Temple Garden Foundation has over 12 years’ experience in delivering community based development initiatives to rural households in Siem Reap. Working in 4 sectors, health, education, income generation and water & sanitation we look to leverage integrated projects to deliver deeper impact for beneficiaries. We work in collaboration with multiple ministries from the national to sub-national levels.

Operations Director

The position:

We’re looking for an Operations Director with general management, hands on, experience in developing, monitoring and reporting on health, education, income generation and water/sanitation projects. They will also be responsible for communicating our impact to multiple stakeholders via various digital and non-digital media channels and tools. Some overseas travel may be required.

  • 35 hours, 5 days per week.

The location:

Our main office is located centrally in Siem Reap city and can be accessed easily from the surrounding area. Siem Reap has the benefit of great attractions and restaurants, good schools and good infrastructure with a much lower cost of living than Phnom Penh. Regular travel will be required to our sub-office in Kampong Kdei where field operation are based. Staff are transported by our own air conditioned van leaving and returning every day.
