Sales Manager

Duties
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese (Prefer) and/or English
  • Ability to multi-task, detail oriented, well-organize, strong management skill
  • Honest, ability to work independently, flexible, patient, work beyond and over expectation.

MEP Site Supervisor

Duties
  • Assist project manager and site manager in implementing project.
  • Manage materials and work force in daily operation

  • Manage workers’ daily performance and solve the problem at Site.
  • Revised/Detail/Shop drawing for all technical work.
  • Responsible for monthly progress report and progress evaluation claim.
  • Monitoring daily on the contractor/sub-contractor’s work.
  • Ensure work quality of construction and in accordance with time lines of the project.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Architecture/MEP or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in construction site management.

Sales Officer

  • Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
  • Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
  • Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
  • Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
  • Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or similar.
  • Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
  • Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
  • Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with construction/ project management software
  • A team player with leadership abilities
  • Strong computer skills including the ability to use AutoCad
