Report to: Head of Planning & Strategy

Research & Product Development Manager is responsible for researching, developing and launching new products & services and enhancing and redesigning the existing products & services. He / she will work with relevant departments to identify and define target market segments, market requirements, business strategies and the competitive environment.

Duties
  • Conduct the market research to support decision-making on the offering of new products & services
  • (Re)develop and commercialize the existing / new products & services
  • Undertake in-depth market insight to provide fact-based decision-making to support the product development activities
  • Monitor market trend and information collected by the Bank to identify potential areas for the development of new banking products and the restructuring of existing products
  • Prepare mandatory business environment reports to present to the Management
  • Prepare research & product development proposals
  • Work with marketing & corporate communication team on product launching and promotions
  • Participate in developing business strategies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • WORK EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Have a minimum of 7 years of work experience in research and product development in the banking industry or any related industry
  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Economics/Statistics/Banking & Finance/Business
  • Have strong reporting and presentation skills
  • Have basic knowledge in FinTech
  • Have a good command of English

Marketing & Corporate Communication, Deputy Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of all aspects of planned publicity campaigns, public relations, and marketing activities.

Duties
  • creating publicity strategies and marketing campaigns
  • organizing marketing events and promotional activities
  • conducting relevant market research and analysing media coverage
  • preparing advertising budgets and coordinating with ad agencies
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

Requirements

Senior IT Audit

Department: Internal Audit

Reports to: Senior Manager of Internal Audit

The position of Senior IT Audit consists of the followings:

  • Assist to plan for the audit engagement including the scope and objectives of the individual audits.
  • Update the Senior Manager on the status of the audit
  • Responsible to initiate, create, consolidate the audit work to ensure the quality as per establish quality programs.
  • Where necessary, encouraged to make suggestions and recommendations to improve the processes and to enhance it efficiency.
Duties
  • Identifying the weaknesses in a systems network and creating an action plan to prevent security breaches in the technology.
  • Be involved in the planning and execution of internal audit procedures and the creation of internal audit reports.
  • Conduct audits or lead audit team in performance of IT audits and reviews of system, applications, and IT processes.
  • Develop, build & implement tools to analyze data to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness, (including for risk assessment)
  • Provide business and IT management with guidance on IT risk management matters, particularly on application and infrastructure security.
  • Evaluate information general computing controls and provide value added feedback. Test compliance with those controls.
  • Perform various other reviews of IT management policies and procedures such as change management, business continuity planning/ disaster recovery and information security to ensure that controls are adequate.
  • Perform pre and post- implementation review of the system implementation or enhancement.
  • Directs and/or performs reviews of internal control procedures and security for systems under development and/or enhancements to current systems.
  • Perform any other ac-hoc assignments that may be assigned by Senior Manager.
  • Follows up on audit findings to ensure that management has taken corrective action(s).
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or business related field
  • Good understanding of multiple technology domains including software development, window, databases management, networking etc.
  • Good understanding of information security standards, best practices for securing computer system and applicable law and regulations.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in IT role, or IT audit role.
 

IT Infrastructure Officer

Duties
  • Installs, configures, maintains, and performs system integration testing of SUN Solaris based operating systems, related utilities, and hardware
  • Responsible for troubleshooting Solaris based hardware and software problems.
  • Solaris security patches and OS upgrade as per release plan.
  • Monitors systems activities and fine tunes system parameters and configuration to optimize performance and ensure security of systems
  • Performs capacity analysis, monitors, and controls usage of disk space.
  • Develop (as required) customized scripts / procedures for routine administration tasks including but not limited to backup/restore, shutdown and start - up
  • Provides recommendations for improving the server environment, such as capacity thresholds, security gap, patch levels and hardware recalls
  • Testing and ensuring Servers and peripheral devices are ready for hot stand - by
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of Sun Solaris System and Oracle Storage in Unix/Solaris server administration, configuration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience on migrations and upgradations would be plus
  • Good communication, strong analytical and problem - solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required by assigned projects or system problems
  • Participate in the 24x7 on - call rotation.
  • Ability to effectively work on and prioritize multiple concurrent projects.
  • Must have excellent team working skills balanced ability to quickly assimilate technical and non - technical information quickly and accurately.
