Position Summary

Report to: Logistics Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Uploads reference documents for exports onto MOC online system
  • Apply’s for C of O on MOC online system
  • Prepares and submits import cut stock to MOC
  • Prepares and submits export cut stock to MOC
  • Submits yearly renewal letters to MOC
  • Engages with production teams for obtaining data for MOC and customs reports
  • Assist Logistics team to submit bi-annual inventory reports to MOC
  • Supports group legal and finance on obtaining data for customs,patent,GSP and MOC related issues
  • Supports Legal team in preparation for GSP licence renewal
  • Ensures all export and import customs documents and records are maintained and filed and submitted to MOC. Follows up with 3PL for original docs
  • Retreives all finished customs documents from MOC
  • Reviews Logistics documentation for acuracy for Certificate of Origin submission to MOC
  • Assists with cost btreakdown as and when required by MOC
  • Assists with new product inspections from MOC when required
  • Facilitates and arranges MOC inspection at Pactics as and when required
Requirements:
  • Technical skills required
  • Be acurate in handling information and numbers.
  • Good excel skills and able to create and maintain worksheets
  • Knowledge of ministry operations based on QIP license operations is required
  • Knowledge of MOC inventory and cut stock reporting
  • Knowledge and prior use of MOC online system
  • Knowledge of GSP application an advantage
  • Knowledge of importation and cut stock reporting for CDC masterlist an advantage
  • Personal skills
  • Able to communicate accross all disiplines in a multi cultural enviroment.
  • Self motivated and self disciplined for thorough follow up for submission to deadlines
  • Good communication in Khmer and English and able to correspond with stakeholders and suppliers in a mature and accurate manner
  • To be transparent with collegues and management on any issues to find solutions
  • Good ethical standards
  • Able to receive instruction and willing to learn new skills
