Yakumo F&B Co.,Ltd. was founded in 2007 by a Japanese investor and a Cambodian who was educated from Japan. They both brought the latest Japanese technology together with the best source of water in Cambodia which has no Arsenic and other poisonous contents to produce the highest quality of natural mineral water named Water O and pure drinking water named Kiri and recently we have our own organic farm to raise bee and sell bee honey named Yakumo Honey to serve all Cambodian people and expatriates as well as tourists visiting Cambodia. Yakumo F&B Co.,Ltd. is currently looking for qualified candidate for the position of Customer Service with the main duties and requirements are as follows.

Customer Service

Duties

Answering customers order via phone, message/ email
Handling delivery with drivers (operation)
Making monthly summary to customers
Follow up payment
Order raw material
Clear daily stock of products and petroleum used
Stock control
Follow up customers for new order
Clear daily income and expense
Make report for customer
Follow up driver with phone and GPS
Document keeping
Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements

Good at problem solving and speaking
Computer skill in Word, excel, email
Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
Good at direction or location in Phnom Penh (able to use google map)
Honest
Able to work under pressure
Able to speak-read-write English at good level.
