The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC), through the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, General Directorate of Animal Health and Production (GDAHP), has received a Trust Fund from the Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP) for a US$20 Million Grant toward the cost of the Cambodia Inclusive Livestock Value Chains Project (CILVCP) for five years starting from 2025 to 2029. It intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Grant to payments under the contract for Consulting Service.

The General Directorate of Animal Health and Production (GDAHP) now invites eligible consulting firms/ Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) “Consultants” to indicate their interest in providing services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
The Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.
Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultants’ Qualification Selection (CQS) method set out in the World Bank's “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers,” updated in September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”).
