• Articulate, evangelize and execute a bold, consistent, and clear vision for HKL’s digital presence, ensuring superior user experience for customers, partners, and employees.
• Drive overall user acquisition strategy, including web portal, email marketing, and Mobile campaigns and unique and memorable campaign launches to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Plan and build the eCommerce platform to support HKL growth, including partner integration, online strategy, and system security for an optimal customer interaction experience.
• Lead the implementation of multiple strategic digital initiatives, tracking implementation initiatives against agreed milestones and KPIs, ensuring the overall business case is delivered.
• In conjunction with business development and venture, building external relationships in support of HKL’s digital transformation.
• Work with IT team to ensure enabling infrastructure, system, and data standards are in place.
• Identify and monitor the market gaps and opportunities, and build effective strategies to tap into them.
• Explore effective technology and other innovation to improve market reach and discover new solutions to issues faced by the company.
• Evaluate the progress of innovation and make enhancement according to company strategy, market trends and changes in the sector.
• Support new products and services initiative of business division and ensure collaboration within all levels of the company.
• Payment gateway to support customer’s ecommerce websites.
• Open banking platform to support partnership collaborations.
