Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (1 Position)

REPORTS TO : Senior Vice President / Managing Director

Duties
  • Supervise and manage daily work in administration and finance department
  • Work on Risk Management
  • Maintain financial records for each project in a manner that facilitates management report
  • Ensure that accurate and timely financial statements are prepared in accordance with contract agreements with each business
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects
  • Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting
  • Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with the policy
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing process
  • Coordinate with Head of Sales department for the analysis of Project Profitability
  • Coordinate audit process from relevant stakeholder (Internal, External and Tax Audit)
  • Manage the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting
  • Prepare and manage cash flow for all business segment to ensure business continuity
  • Work with an accountant for monthly tax declaration and annual tax return
  • Plan and execute training of finance staff to ensure technical competency within the administration and finance department
  • develop new policies and procedures to enhance better work flow with other departments
  • Evaluate the need for new technology to meet the organization’s financial data processing, controlling, and reporting requirements
  • Advise on appropriate technology that meets the organization’s information requirement and financial resources.
  • Oversee and supervise the administrative function of the organization including reception, property/facility management, and provision of furnishing and equipment necessary for effective operations.
  • Oversee the management of all contracts and other financial commitments
  • Monitor all legislations relevant to the company
  • Other tasks assigned by the management or project as required by the business
Requirements
  • At least 5 years CFO experiences relevant experience (with Multi-national Corporation or other company within YSGT industry is a plus)
  • Master degree of Finance and Accounting (ACCA)
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Working experience with accounting system (QuickBooks, Peachtree etc. or SAP)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Possessing strong commitment, discipline and good communication skills
  • Self-motivate, confident, independent, result-oriented and can-do attitude
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Strong team work and problem solving skills
