Announcement Positions

Business Development Manager

  • Category: Business Administration, Exec. / Management

Duties
  • Analyze and identify new funding opportunities for activities relevant.
  • Write, manage grant proposals and furnish prospective funders with supporting documents
  • Identify and assess business development and entrepreneurship opportunities from various clients (including private sector, government and non-government entities).
  • Work with private sector to identify their critical needs and facilitate development of vocational training needs in collaboration with faculty and partners.
  • Write project impact statements and promotional materials for efficient communication and raise the profile of the center nationally and internationally.
  • Help create database of various funding opportunities, communicate new opportunities, support/facilitate faculty in team building, and grant writing.
  • Assist Center Director and Program Manager to develop strategic plan for long-term sustainability
  • Ensure the proper field project data collection and data entry into the system
  • Ensure project’s quality assurance and documentations and bring lessons learnt and recommendation for future project improvement
  • Implement other tasks assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum Required Qualification/Skills
  • Bachelor ’s degree in Business Management, International Development, Development Studies or related fields with knowledge about agriculture.
  • Methodical and strategic thinking.
  • Proven project management and monitoring skills.
  • Experience in business and entrepreneurship development.
  • 2+ years’ experience in grant writing and grant management
  • Good knowledge of fundraising information sources.
  • Proven record of oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
  • Strong computers skills and knowledge of digital presentations.
  • Good managerial skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and native Khmer speaker.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • At least three years of post higher degree experience.
  • Experience of working in private sector or public sector as Development Manager or related positions.
 

Senior Sales and Marketing
