Sales, Marketing and coordination with Supplier/Manufacturer
Salary:

Duties
To create strategies and plan to achieve planned revenue target;
Monthly sales forecasting for active inventory planning & anticipate unfavorable variance in sales and provide inputs and follow-up actions to prevent/close the gap.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers;
Identify and develop new customers account;
Manage all opportunities efficiently including the creation of opportunity plans and the scheduling of early wins in the opportunity pipeline;
Negotiate prices and transaction terms & condition with customers and close sales;
See through the sales development process (from negotiation, quotation, sampling to obtaining sales orders) and convert RFQ into real sales efficiently and effectively;
Keeping the Management abreast of market and customers’ intelligence including always gathering updates of market and customer information, competition, product, pricing and other relevant factors analysis;
Communicate with country manager and global sales director for Group products development
Liaise with other departments (including customer service, supply chain management and production departments) to ensure smooth delivery of order, effective product development and competitive pricing;
Bridging the gap between the Customer and Organisation;
Work hand in hand with Global Sales Director to increase national and international sales, including proactively contribute to the sales development strategy;
Timely and tactful handling of customers complaints (if any) and working closely cross-functionally with other department such as production team for efficient and effective handling of such complaints.
Timely collection of outstanding dues from customers;
Reconciliation of accounts of customers wherever required.
Actively participate and/or lead (where necessary) in Budget planning, Customer mapping, Market trend info etc. together with Management;
Other tasks assigned by manager from time to time.
Requirements
Sales experience of at least 3 Years preferably in the label and packaging/Garment accessories/Garments/Textile Industry;
Proven business development capability;
Diploma or Degree holders with appropriate qualification from tertiary education;
Excellent communication in local language and Japanese, English or Chinese;
Good IT skills;
Go getter and target driven;
Self-starter;
Honest and dedicated.
