Duties & Responsibilities:
  • According to customers' or leaders' instructions, arrange bookings and track pre-allocations on time to avoid affecting the customer's shipping schedule.
  • Timely confirm loading time with customers and request declaration information to avoid the delayed arrival of containers and delayed declaration
  • Track/request invoices from shipping companies or agents on time, fill them into the system to submit payment from the finance department to ensure that the filled costs are accurate
  • Track the payment of the shipping company or agent on time and proactively follow up with the bill of lading
  • Actively review the customs declaration information provided by customers, send it to the customs broker on time after its confirmation, and track the customs declaration progress
  • Timely track the container's arrival status and customs return information
Requirements:
  • Cambodian national, age from 20-30
  • Good command of ENGLISH
  • CHINESE Mandarin Priority

Trucking Operations Staff

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Trucking Operations Staff member to assist with the daily coordination of our transportation and logistics activities. This role supports dispatching, documentation, tracking, and communication with drivers and clients to ensure timely deliveries.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in scheduling and dispatching trucks and drivers.
  • Monitor delivery status and provide real-time updates to clients and team members.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping and delivery documents, such as bills of lading and delivery receipts.
  • Communicate with drivers to relay route changes, updates, and instructions.
  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring records are complete and accurate.
  • Enter data into transportation management systems or company databases.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to track vehicle service schedules.

  • Check and scan EIR in & out for the refund deposit container to shipping lines
  • Check and scan invoice payments (invoice for exchange D/O)
  • SCAN INVOICE FROM SUPPLIER
  • FILLING DOCUMENT (INVOICE PAID & DEPOSIT CNTR FROM OP)
  • Report All revenue & cost Document to Accounting
  • Other work assigned by the leader.
Requirements:
  • Finance-related major
  • Be Good at English
  • Be Good at Microsoft Office
  • Be diligent and conscientious, and have a sense of responsibility
  • Age 18~28
  • Those who can speak or are learning Chinese will be prioritized.
