Announcement Description

We are an international third-party inspection company looking to grow our Cambodia team. We are hiring for the following positions:

Duties

Conduct garment inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and client specifications
Perform QC/QA checks at all production stages (inline, final, pre-shipment)
Understand and apply AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling methods during inspections
Accurately record defects and prepare clear inspection reports in English
Communicate effectively with factories, suppliers, and internal teams about quality issues
Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of defects
Travel frequently to various factory locations as required for inspections

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) in the garment industry or furiture industry
Solid knowledge of AQL sampling plans and defect classifications
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Must own a car and be willing to travel extensively
Hardworking, honest, and reliable personality
Able to work independently, manage time well, and handle pressure to meet tight deadlines
