The Kingdom of Cambodia has received a Credit from the World Bank toward the cost of Land Allocation for Social and Economic Development Project III (LASED III), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Credit to payments under the contract named above.
Location: Pu Trom in Mondulkiri Province, at Ou Kak, Paklae, and Rovieang in Kratie Province and at Rumpoat in Stung Treng. Ref: MLMUPC-W-37
The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC), now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for “Construction of Concrete and Laterite Roads at Pu Trom in Mondulkiri Province, at Ou Kak, Paklae, and Rovieang in Kratie Province and at Rumpoat in Stung Treng”. The construction period is eight (8) months.
Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures outlined in the Government’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for Externally Financed Projects/Programs.
This invitation is open to all qualified bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
To obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents, Bidders should contact the following during office hours from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 02:00 PM to 05:30 PM:
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD 100.00. The method of payment will be Cash. The Bidding Documents may be collected in person at the discretion of the bidder. Other than payment of non-refundable fee, there are no other conditions for the purchase of the Bidding Documents.

Bids must be delivered to the address on or before 2:30pm, July 22, 2025. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be immediately open after the deadline for submission of bid in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration as described in the ITB.
The Government will respectively declare a firm ineligible either indefinitely or for a stated period of time, to be awarded a contract funded by them, if they at any time determine that the firm has engaged in fraud and corruption as described in ITB 3.
