Project Background
Under the financial support from Hwaseong Welfare Foundation, Good Neighbors Cambodia is constructing a 3-classroom building at Phum Thmey Primary School in Kaoh Nheak district. This project is to build the safe learning environment for the students in provinces around Cambodia.
Project Purpose
Good Neighbors Cambodia are working towards improving the rights of the child, including the right to education. This project aims to improve access to education and promote the rights to learn for children in the Koh Nheak district by addressing classroom shortages and enhancing the overall learning environment..

The application process must follow the 2 steps below:
Bid Documentation
Candidates must express an initial interest in the call for tender via email (to the contact listed in 5.2 Bid Inquires below). After initial interest have been expressed by the candidate, the employer will share building drawing and templates for Envelope A needed to formally enter the bidding process and submit the required documents.
Bid Submission
Sealed Envelope A with signature shall include original documents of:
