Senior Tax Accountant

Duties
  • Prepare and check accounting and financial statements (Journal, General Ledger, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement) in QuickBooks.
  • Prepare and file tax returns for clients in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Review client tax returns at a high level to ensure accuracy and full compliance with Cambodian Tax Law.
  • Conduct in-depth tax research to provide accurate and strategic advice to clients and the firm.
  • Assist clients during tax audits and disputes with tax authorities, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the process.
  •  Liaise professionally with tax officials and other relevant government authorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related fields.
  •  In-depth knowledge of Cambodian Tax Law and accounting standards.
  •  Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in tax or accounting.
  •  Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or other accounting software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  •  Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to work under time pressure and as a team.
