Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various departments. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for finding the right talent to support the company’s growth

Duties
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Source and attract candidates through online channels, databases, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial interviews via phone or video.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
  • Support other HR functions as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good in English or Chinese speaking.

The ideal candidate has a background in studio management, gaming, with a strong grasp of logistics, scheduling, and cross-functional communication

  • Optimize studio workflows and develop SOPs to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise operational staff such as assistants, floor managers, and technical operators.
  • Track and report on KPIs.
Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in operations management.
  • Understanding of using computer and website and gaming.

  • Ensure the availability of all necessary resources (computer, cameras, lights, microphones, etc.) for scheduled streams.
  • Help maintain the studio’s equipment inventory, ensuring all gear is in good working order.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • A passion for live streaming and the technology behind it.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on detail and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about live stream studio operations.
  • Willingness to work in fixed shift or flexible shift, follow shift schedule for 24/7 Operation.
  • Good in English or Chinese speaking.
