CCF operates in Cambodia through strong support relationship development and fundraising businesses in USA, Australia, UK, and Hong Kong. It has grown rapidly since its inception. To support the development, CCF is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Development Support Officer based in Phnom Penh.

About Development Support Officer

The Development Support Officer is responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative support to all members of the Development Team. This role includes assisting with general office tasks as needed and will also undertake any other duties reasonably required to support the team’s ad hoc events and activities.

Report to: Development Manager

Key liaison: Development Team, Operation Team, Program Team, LOFT Team, International Offices

Duties
  • Maintain a well-organized workspace, ensuring regular replenishment of stationery and office supplies, including printers, scanners, and mobile devices;
  • Handle the processing of both in-kind donations (IKD) and cash funds, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting;
  • Manage petty cash, process cash advances, compile reports, and clear expenses with the accountant;
  • Take meeting minutes, arrange meeting logistics (space, materials, invitations), and ensure smooth facilitation;
  • Coordinate all transportation needed for the team, volunteers, as well as for partners and donor visits;
  • Assist the Development Team with donor acknowledgments and administrative support during donor visits;
  • Coordinate printing, scanning, filing, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce for volunteer, partnership, and donor activities;
  • Liaise with relevant programs teams to coordinate student availability for events, filming, and other activities in donor events, support logistics for donor acknowledgements, and arrange facilities tours for visitors;
  • Assist with event management for partnership activities;
  • Provide support for international office for donor relation gift/acknowledgement requests.
Requirements
  • Visibly ethical and able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 2-year relevant work experience;
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Khmer and English;
  • Strong ability to produce timely and accurate reports;
  • Proficient in using email and internet-based programs;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally;
  • Be honest, trustworthy, respectful, and helpful;
  • High compassion and commitment to work with community people and poor children.
