ActionAid Cambodia has completed its new organogram to align with our new programme and organisational priorities under the new country strategic paper (CSP4). As part of the new structure, we are looking for qualified candidates for the following positions:

Announcement Positions

Sponsorship Intern

  • Category: Internship
  • Type : Internship
  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Salary: N/A

Intern can choose the period they want to work, starting from 3 months and it is renewable after completion. Maximum working period is 1 year.

Time: Monday to Friday

Salary: ActionAid Cambodia provides a small amount of contribution as monthly allowance

Duties
  • Provide accurate translation of supporter correspondence, sponsorship report, and sponsorship OneStopShop (OSS) manual between Khmer and English
  • Manage the process of support correspondence in a timely manner through coordination with relevant sponsorship staff, and partner orgnasiations
  • Ensure that correspondence are acknowledged and responded appropriately by children
  • Maintain appropriate filling and documentation of the correspondence, report and quotations
  • Coordinate, follow up for the printing process, packing, and assist in mailing and dispatching sponsorship materials to partners and to supporters
  • Maintain appropriate stock of sponsorship materials and stock record update
  • Assist sponsorship team in quality check, translation of child message, editing, and collection of supporters materials
  • Support ActionAid sponsorship team in the arrangement of CS workshop, training, collection of photo, case study for the report etc
Requirements
  • University student preferably fresh graduate
  • Good understanding of English
  • Knowledge of applications including Excel, Word is essential
  • Strong computer skills and typing of both in Khmer and English
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills
  • Sense of ownership, responsive, result-oriented and self-committed person
  • Potentially fit for field work and be able to regularly travel and work with community and children
  • Gender and HIV/AIDS sensitive
 

Sponsorship Volunteer

  • Category: Volunteer
  • Type : Job Opportunity
  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Schedule: Full-time, Part-time
  • Salary: N/A

Schedule: Available for part-time and full time

Volunteer can choose the period they want to work, starting from 3 months and it is renewable after completion. Maximum working period is 1 year.

Working hour: Monday to Friday

Option 1: Full time.

Option 2: Part time

Duties
  • The Volunteer will provide assistance to the fundraising department and the sponsorship team in maintaining a timely supporter communication through translation of relevant document, messages, supporter correspondent, preparation of logistic and administration works to ensure our services to the children, communities, and supporters are of quality.

  • Good understanding of English

  • Strong computer skills and typing of both in Khmer and English
