Siem Pang Forest Lodge is a newly built luxury tented resort, set in the heart of the breathtaking Siem Pang Wildlife Sanctuary. Scheduled to officially open on October 1, 2025, this 15-suite eco-luxury lodge offers guests a refined experience amidst untouched nature, blending exceptional service with conservation-focused hospitality.

As part of our opening team, we are seeking dedicated, visionary leaders to take on key management roles, helping shape the future of this remarkable retreat. All positions listed below will be vacant as of July 1, 2025, providing an exciting opportunity to be part of something truly extraordinary.

Sales and Marketing Manager

Duties
  • Develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms. Strengthen partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, influencers, and corporate clients to enhance global visibility. Lead events planning and promotional initiatives that align with the lodge’s brand identity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality. Proven track record in lead generation, customer relationship management, and revenue optimization.
 

Housekeeping Manager
