We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

Duties

Recruitment and Hiring:
Developing job description and posting job openings
Sourcing and screening candidates
Conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
Onboarding new hires
Employee relations:
Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts
Managing employee performance reviews
Implementing and maintaining company policies
Compensation and Benefits:
Administering payroll and ensuring accurate compensation
Managing employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plac=ns)
Conducting salary surveys and recommending compensation adjustment
Training and Development:
Identifying training needs and development training programs
Delivering training sessions and evaluating their effectiveness
Promoting employee development and career advancement
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Maintaining accurate HP records
Handing disciplinary actions and terminations
Other HP Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment
Managing employee engagement and retention
Working with Human Resources Information System
Providing HR support to managers and employees
Experience at least 2 years up
Microsoft word, excel, power point
Good communication
English and Chinese required

Schedule: Full Time 7:45am-5pm
