Announcement Description

We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

Responsible for handling import and export shipments.

Duties

Receive booking/ noticee about new shipment from customer/agent/sales
Working with coloader/shipping lines to get booking, release to customer and follow closely th export process with customer.
Issue HCL, MBL, debit note, draft invoice to customer/agent,..
Follow ETD, ETA, transhipment status and advise to customer/ agent accordingly.
Daily/weekly report to manager.
Receive pre-alert from oversea agent about new shipment, check with Consignee to confirm the document.
Received A/N fom carrier/coloader/shipment line,.., issue A/N to consignee.
Follow payment and releasee cargo to customer.
Writing cheuqe, arrange payment to suppliers - Prepare cash plan weekly
